We sell wholesale flight, hotel and bus fares to independent travel agents, entrepreneurs and SMEs in South Africa.
Our platform is GDS-free (Global Distribution System) which means that anyone with the travel bug and a head for business can set-up and run their own travel agency without needing any prior experience or start-up capital.
We launched in 2013 in South Africa and have since built up a national member base who use our products to run a part- or full-time travel business or to save on personal travel costs.
We are a registered online travel company and an extension of FlightSite (Pty) Ltd, an established travel retailer. We’re also a member of the TravelLab Group.
While we’re based in Canal Walk, Cape Town, our members live across the country and, providing they are online, can access our products 247.

The Team
Rian Bornman
Managing Director
Rian has been actively involved in the online travel industry since 2004, launching FlightSite in 2008. Being a passionate entrepreneur himself, he wanted to empower others with the tools to grow their own travel business. “FlightSiteAgent gives entrepreneurial South Africans access to the same competitive air, hotel and car hire rates that traditional agencies have access to and allows them to sell these products on to others under their own brand, at no cost to them,” he said. With over 5,500 agents already signed up to FlightSiteAgent, he feels one step closer to his goal: “Our vision as a company is to make travel accessible for all and shift the demographic of the industry stakeholder.”
Matooka Boltman
Account Manager and Team Leader
Having more than fifteen years’ experience in the travel industry, Matooka says that she can now confidently say that she chose the right career. She takes great pride in assisting clients to pull off the perfect holiday and has been part of the FlightSiteAgent team from the beginning. Like most, she dreams travelling the world – making sure to squeeze in some quality shopping along the way. She says that her first stop would definitely be Spain.
Zanele Gcakini
Account Manager
Zanele has spent more than 9 years working with FSA, with only a brief intermission in 2020. She is always the professional, who takes her job and responsibilities very serious. On weekends you’ll most likely find her shopping up a storm or binging a Netflix series. She has a deep love for the Eastern Cape, but given the opportunity to explore further afield she’d love to live it up in the Seychelles.
