Online Check-in
Checking in online prior to your flight allows for a smooth process once you arrive at the airport! Therefore we recommend all agents should encourage their travellers to do so. It is a quick and easy process done online with your ticket reference and person details. They do ask some security questions – which is why we don’t recommend you complete the online registration on behalf of someone else. While doing so is a common practice for some of the top agents, we simply recommend you send a gentle prompt or reminder to your clients once online check-in opens for their flight. This is usually when you can select your own seats for free!
Airlines usually open online check-in 24 hours prior to departure and close it 3 hours prior to departure.
These times may differ for each airline, so it is important to always double check this information with the airline.
