Registration is Quick and Easy
All that is required is an agency name, proof of identity, email address and mobile phone number. Once you’ve completed the online registration, you’ll receive an agreement that you have to send us along with proof of identity so that we can activate your account.
Your dedicated account manager will notify you as soon as your account is active and will be available to answer any questions you may have.
A Practical and Easy-to-Use Travel Website
With over 6000 agents registered, the response to FlightSiteAgent has been phenomenal and proves that it is a great booking tool. The system allows you to book anything from flights to busses, set your own flight mark-up, issue secure payment links and get accurate reporting.
No Start-Up Fees, Deposits or Sureties
There are no set-up costs involved and travel agents can create their branded travel agency without incurring any start-up fees.
Agents also don’t require any start-up capital. Flight quotes can be issued for free and the system allows for multiple payment methods to confirm bookings.
No Contracts
Our agents enjoy the flexibility to use the platform as often or as little as they like. There are no penalties for not using the system and no targets or goals outside of those you set yourself.
Agents do have to sign a simple agreement before using the system, which clarifies the relationship between FlightSiteAgent and themselves. This includes the terms and conditions of use and protects both parties should either violate the agreement.
Branded Quotes & Tickets
Besides being able to name your business, you can also upload your logo onto the system. This logo will then display on the flight search results page, quotes issued through the system and any tickets issued. This allows for branding continuity and helps build trust in your business.

Determine Your Own Income
You are in charge of how much you earn on each booking and can easily set your own flight mark-up on the FlightSiteAgent system. Quotes issued will then include your booking fee, without disclosing it.
Bus ticket prices already include a 10% commission, but if you want to add a booking fee you collect the full amount from your client and simply disclose your fees.
Secure Payment Solutions
Each FlightSiteAgent account gets allocated a wallet (identified by the unique FRAG number) from which payment for all bookings has to be taken. No booking will be issued if payment hasn’t been made.
Your wallet can either be topped up via EFT or by credit card payment. There is no need for a credit card machine, on FlightSiteAgent you can easily issue a 3D-secure credit card link to take payment.
